About
Dr Chris Watson has been practicing veterinary medicine for 27 years. He relocated to the Southern Highlands 15 years ago, where he has since worked extensively with both companion and farm animals.
Chris has a strong professional interest in small animal orthopaedics, particularly joint disease and lameness. He regularly performs advanced procedures including TPLO for cruciate ligament rupture, fracture repairs, and medial patella luxation correction.
Chris also has a wealth of experience in soft tissue surgery & Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome (BOAS) surgery. He is available to accept referral patients or offer second opinion for both orthopaedic and complex soft tissue patients.
Chris is committed to building long-term relationships with his clients and their pets, with his primary focus on improving mobility and quality of life for his patients through skilled surgical intervention and compassionate care.
Chris is also continues to work as a GP Veterinarian at both Mittagong Vet Hospital and Bundanoon Vet Hospital for routine consultations by appointment.
